Shipping Policy
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days.
4 - 12 business days is the average shipping period (which includes the time it takes for the pharmacy to prepare the order and expedited shipping). The shipping time may be affected if one of the ordered items is in very high demand or during holidays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Expedited shipping is free on all orders.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once the tracking number for your order has been generated.
Taxes
Effecty is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (taxes, etc.).
Damages
Effecty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at support@effecty.com.
